UI updates to Characters and Now Playing pages
Added functions to the "Now Playing" page to make it more dynamic, allowing you to drag & drop character order, and to set up a default list of characters displayed there. (Browser storage).
Here's a link to the Now Playing page, with the Campaign 2 player characters, plus the Tugboat.
The regular characters page now integrates better with the Now Playing page, allowing the selected characters to be displayed in the filter widget, and to save them to the default list.
