Fria Sun is a vat clone, a war veteran, one of the few to get advanced medical training (it's usually cheaper to grow new after too much damage).

On the surface she's just another ex-soldier working in private security - but secretly, her primary clientele are those of the rich and powerful hiding serious medical conditions, who want an "off the books" physician on hand at all times.
